“Currently he is in Milan and is continuing to carry out the post-operative rehabilitation,” Victor Becali has explained this week to Calciomercato.it.
“It is a delicate situation, we do not know if he can return to the field.
“Only once we know more on this can we then talk with Inter about his situation, given that his contract expires next June and there is an option for next year.
“We do not expect contact with other clubs as the priority is to talk to Inter’s new owners.
“Now, however, the most important thing is that Cristian is well and that he recovers. The rest we will see about later.”
