The 23-year-old has been linked with moves to both Milan clubs over the past few weeks, but the Romanian club's chief has revealed that Andrea Stramaccioni's side are the youngster's priority.
“Chiriches can leave Steaua if he wants,” Becali told reporters. “But if only we receive a bid of €10m.
“We are willing to let him go to Inter because there has been a promise made by us to them.
“If they can come with the money, then we are serious.”
