Federico Chiesa and Moise Kean are reportedly battling for a place in the starting XI when Italy visit Poland for the Nations League tomorrow evening.

It kicks off in Gdansk on Sunday at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT).

The Azzurri were held to a 1-1 draw by Bosnia-Herzegovina in the opening match, but have won 12 of their last 13 games.

While there were numerous new faces in the 5-0 friendly victory over Moldova on Wednesday, coach Roberto Mancini is going to rely more on his star names in Poland.

During training, he tested out the usual 4-3-3 formation with Alessandro Florenzi and Emerson Palmieri as the full-backs, around Juventus pair Leonardo Bonucci and Giorgio Chiellini.

Jorginho, Marco Verratti and Nicolò Barella are now the first choice midfield three.

Ciro Immobile gets the nod as the centre-forward, flanked by Lorenzo Pellegrini and either Chiesa or Kean.

Both those players have just completed transfers on deadline day, with Chiesa going from Fiorentina to Juventus, while Kean went on loan from Everton to PSG.
