Juventus are expected to hand new contracts to both Giorgio Chiellini and Andrea Barzagli in the coming days.
Both of the veteran defenders are out of contract at the end of the current campaign, but the Bianconeri are keen to keep them around.
According to this morning’s Gazzetta dello Sport, Chiellini will be given a one-year extension with an option for a further year.
Barzagli, meanwhile, will be given an extension until June 2019, taking him past his 38th birthday.
“Soon we will renew,” Chiellini told Sky yesterday.
