La Gazzetta dello Sport claims the Blues are looking to gain on the permanent sale of Bakayoko and have requested €25 from the Rossoneri.
The newspaper says Milan, who are hoping to bring the French midfielder back to San Siro this summer, consider the amount to be excessive and could try to negotiate with the Londoners.
Bakayoko, who spent 2018-19 at Milanello, was immediately loaned out to Monaco when he returned from his stint in Serie A.
