Chelsea and Inter are in talks over the potential of two Nerazzurri players moving to Stamford Bridge, according to reports in Italy.
The two clubs have already done business this summer with Romelu Lukaku, who had left Inter for Chelsea in a €115 million move 12 months ago, going in the other direction on loan.
La Gazzetta dello Sport report Denzel Dumfries is the main topic of discussion between the two sides, while Milan Škriniar’s future could also come into the talks.
The report suggests Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel had asked Dumfries be included in any deal for Lukaku before the club’s agreed on a loan.
In terms of a straight trade, Chelsea were informed it would cost €40m to sign the Netherlands international, according to the report, and while the Blues feel the figure is too high, it has not put them off pursuing their target.
Meanwhile, having seemingly missed out on Joules Koundé to Barcelona, Chelsea would be interested to know more about Škriniar’s availability.

Rosario, these article mostly make me laugh and the amount of negative comments from other teams’ fans make me more and more hopeful. We started the last season without Conte, lukaku, hakimi and eriksen but still Inter were competitive. This season we haven’t lost anyone yet and getting that 60M that the papers write isn’t that hard considering the players Inter already has. So FORZA INTERRRRRR

Selling Dumfries is a mistake.
Playing 352 inter rely on the wingbacks a lot. After losing perisic and gosens apparently being broken there isn’t much quality left apart from Dumfries.
