Reports suggest that Chelsea are considering Inter Coach Roberto Mancini to succeed Jose Mourinho next summer.

The Portuguese Blues boss is under serious pressure for his position after a dismal start to the season that sees his title defence in tatters, with the club in 15th place.

Mancini on the other hand has taken the Nerazzurri to joint top of Serie A, revitalising the club after a slump and recording an important 1-0 win over Roma on Saturday.

However, Corriere della Sera has reported today that Mancio is tempted by a return to the Premier League and that Chelsea are considering him as a Mourinho’s successor.

The paper writes that there was contact made two months ago and that a move is possible, although most likely at the end of the season.
