After he was the subject of contention with Torino, now Chelsea are trying to purchase Inter youth team sensation Cesare Casadei.
The 19-year-old midfielder is the star of the Nerazzurri Primavera team, as well as a key figure in the Italy Under-19 squad with three goals in 12 caps.
Great things are expected of him and Casadei was included in negotiations with Torino for Gleison Bremer, but Inter refused to let him leave without keeping a buy-back clause.
Sky Sport Italia now report that Chelsea are eager to stump up the cash for the talent, who again had been discussed when Romelu Lukaku negotiated his return to San Siro.
Casadei has been compared to Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and has been on the senior Inter team bench, albeit still waiting for his Serie A debut.
If Chelsea are to purchase Casadei, Inter will do everything possible to include that buy-back clause and not lose out on a future star.
