“Since the 1988-89 season, Milan has been involved in the Champions League 19 times, much more than any other Italian team.
“It shows that the Champions League is in our DNA.”
Milan, who will also face Barcelona and Ajax in the group stage this season, have won the European Cup on seven occasions during their illustrious history.
