“When Sarri realised Insigne wasn’t fulfilling his potential as a trequartista, he changed the system to suit his players.
 
“In the 4-3-3 he flourished, going back to the incredible form he had at Pescara under Zdenek Zeman. I also see Insigne doing well in Conte’s 4-2-4 or as a second striker in the 3-5-2.
 
“The issue remains the same, if you have quality, then it will emerge in any context.”
