The 27-year-old has been rumoured, in the Brazilian Press, to be of interest to the Nerazzurri, as the San Siro outfit look to overhaul their squad in the summer.
However, despite the stories, the left-back’s agent has claimed that his man is still happy in Rio.
“All players are happy if there is interest from a top European club like Inter,” Luizao told CalcioMercato.
“It is a source of pride and satisfaction for everyon.
“But, right now, the Inter directors have yet to make any contract.
“All I can say is that we are in negotiations with Fluminense about a possible renewal.”
