Fabio Capello believes that Roma go into the Coppa Italia final this weekend in a better state than Lazio.

The 68-year-old, who was in charge of the Giallorossi between 1999 and 2004, has claimed that Aurelio Andreazzoli's men are 'fresher' than their rivals, but admits that the game on Sunday is up for grabs.

“Roma arrive at the derby fresher than Lazio,” he told reporters. “They are suffering somewhat from an athletic standpoint.

“But in this type of game, more than any other, you find energy that you didn't even know you had.

“It will be a great match. Neither side need any more motivation.

“At stake is the derby win, the trophy and a place in Europe. It's three for the price of one.”
