It’s reported Bee Taechaubol plans to hire Fabio Cannavaro as Milan Coach with Marcello Lippi, Paolo Maldini and Gennaro Gattuso as directors.
The Thai investor is flying in for final negotiations to buy out at least 20 per cent of the club from President Silvio Berlusconi, if not a majority share.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the plan is already forming to create an all-new club infrastructure.
The Coach would be Cannavaro, who is currently in charge of Chinese side Guangzhou Evergrande.

Gattuso – who had several brief spells as a tactician at Sion FC, Palermo and Ofi Crete – is an option to be assistant manager.
Italy World Cup winner Lippi could come in as technical director and essentially be a supervisor to Cannavaro.
Milan legend Maldini has also been heavily linked with a directorial role.
Meanwhile, ‘Mr Bee’ is not the only man behind the buy-out bid, as there are reports Chinese firm Doyen Sport are also involved.
“The response from Doyen for now is no comment,” a spokesman told Tuttomercatoweb.
“If and when the moment comes, we will speak.”
