Italian international Antonio Candreva could be playing his football next season in Spain or Germany, says his agent.

The midfielder spent last season on loan at Parma, but it seems like the Gialloblu won't take up their option to sign a 50 per cent share in him from Udinese.

The former Juventus player has been associated with Palermo in recent weeks, but Federico Pastorello says he knows nothing of it.

"I honestly don't think a Palermo move is on," the representative told Premium Calcio. "Nobody from the club has contacted me.

"Candreva doesn't want to return to Udinese. There are some important options for him in Germany and Spain."

Born in February 1987, Candreva started his career at Lodigiani and Ternana before his 2007 switch to Udinese.

He also spent 18 months on loan from the Stadio Friuli outfit with Tuscan side Livorno.

He's been capped twice by Italy, his first coming in the November 2009 friendly against Holland which ended 0-0.
