Torino President Urbano Cairo hints he’d let Coach Giampiero Ventura leave for the Italy job.
The Granata boss is believed to be one of the top-three names on the shortlist to replace Antonio Conte, along with Vincenzo Montella and Gianni De Biasi.
“Ventura is our Coach, he has a contract until 2018,” Cairo said as he unveiled his new book.
“In life contracts count, but what also counts is how much you want to stay with a team and motivation.

“I’d like to see the Coach and understand if there’s the right desire, if the conditions are there then we’re happy to continue, it’s important to speak frankly.
“Five years together is a very long period, in Italy only [Carlo] Ancelotti [at Milan] has exceeded that.”
