Nicolas Andre Burdisso is expected to play his final game before retirement on Sunday, as the Torino defender takes on Genoa.

It’s a fitting fixture to bow out on, as the centre-back spent three years at Genoa and moved to Toro as a free agent last summer.

According to rumours, the 37-year-old is going to hang up his boots following this weekend’s match.

He spent most of his career in Italy, leaving Boca Juniors for Inter in 2004, then a spell at Roma from 2009 to January 2014.
