Juventus defender Gleison Bremer can’t help but think back at that penalty incident from the first leg of the Europa League play-off with Nantes. ‘I saw a practically identical incident the other day.’

It kicks off at 17.45 GMT and the first leg ended 1-1 in Turin, but away goals no longer count double.

You can follow all the build-up and action as it happens from this game, Roma-RB Salzburg, Cluj-Lazio and Fiorentina-Braga on the LIVEBLOG.

“It is the most important game of the season, we must do well and get through to the next round,” Bremer told Sky Sport Italia.

The first leg ended 1-1 amid controversy, as Bremer’s header was charged down by a hand in stoppages, but after a VAR on-field review, the referee opted to instead award a free kick against the Juve defender for a push.

“We know that we had a good first half, could’ve scored more than one goal, and if that penalty had been given… I saw the other day a Champions League move that was practically identical and they didn’t give a foul that time.”

The away goals no longer count double, so if they are still level on aggregate after 90 minutes, it will go to extra time and even penalties.

“I believe Nantes will come out and attack us, as they are on home turf, but we want to win.”

Federico Chiesa, Arkadiusz Milik, Fabio Miretti and Paul Pogba didn’t make the trip, but Dusan Vlahovic is benched in favour of Moise Kean.
