Borja Valero insists Inter “came here to win” after their 0-0 draw with Juventus in Turin and isn’t concerned by a Napoli overtake.

“We came here to win, as we do every game, so it’s disappointing that we only picked up a point,” the midfielder told Mediaset Premium.

“We had the ball for the first 30 minutes and just couldn’t really make it count. We always try to feed Mauro Icardi, as he is unique up there, but unfortunately we couldn’t give him the right service.”

This result means if Napoli beat Fiorentina on Sunday, the Partenopei will leapfrog Inter to recapture the top spot in Serie A.

“Nothing changes tomorrow, regardless of what happens, as there is still a long way to go.”
