The head of Milan’s journalism department has confirmed that the club have deposited guarantees for Leonardo Bonucci and Lucas Biglia.
Reports that Bonucci and Biglia were cleared to make their Milan debuts emerged earlier on Friday, and Mauro Suma has since appeared to corroborate the rumours.
“Guarantees deposited, calm. With Banca Ifis. We go forward like this!” he tweeted.

It was initially feared that Banco BPM, also one of Milan’s sponsors, had rejected the Rossoneri’s guarantees to access financial bonds, which meant the duo could still not be registered to play.
