“I'm an attacking midfielder. I can also play in a midfield consisting of three players or as a winger,” he told Milan Channel.

“I had been waiting for a long time for the opportunity to play for such a big club like Milan. I was really happy when I signed the contract with Milan. It's a dream come true.

“I spoke with Inzaghi immediately after I had signed the contract, and he wished me good luck.

Bonaventura then commented on whether the move to the Rossoneri can see him progress to the national team.
