Alessio Cerci could be on the move again, this time heading to Bologna on loan from Atletico Madrid.

The former Torino winger did not settle in Madrid and returned to Serie A for six-month loan spells at Milan and then Genoa.

He notched up four goals in 11 appearances for Genoa and is eager to remain in Italy.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Bologna are interested in taking Cerci on loan for the 2016-17 campaign.

However, the 28-year-old is only under contract until June 2017 and it’d be a huge loss for Atleti to let him become a free agent when paying €15m to Torino in 2014.
