Ronaldo is rested for the Champions League quarter-final second leg against Ajax, despite Juve only needing a point to secure the Scudetto and SPAL giving him an opportunity to draw closer to Fabio Quagliarella and Krzysztof Piatek in the race to finish top goalscorer.

Chiellini, meanwhile, is still recovering from a calf injury and is joined by Douglas Costa, who picked up a similar problem after the 1-1 draw in Amsterdam on Wednesday.

Emre Can remains out with an ankle strain and there are no call-ups for Daniele Rugani, Miralem Pjanic, Blaise Matuidi and Mario Mandzukic.

However, Cuadrado is in line to make his first appearance since December as five Under-23 players fill up the squad.

Juve squad to face SPAL: Szczesny, Perin, Pinsoglio; De Sciglio, Alex Sandro, Barzagli, Bonucci, Cancelo, Spinazzola, Coccolo, Gozzi; Khedira, Bentancur, Kastanos, Nicolussi Caviglia; Dybala, Cuadrado, Kean, Bernardeschi, Mavididi
