Another candidate has joined the list of potential Roma tacticians for next season: Marcelo Bielsa.

The Giallorossi and their new patron, American investor Thomas Di Benedetto, are looking for a big name replacement for Vincenzo Montella.

Bielsa is a new name to be linked with the club and has 20 years of experience in football.

His most recent jobs have been international in charge of Argentina and Chile, as the 55-year-old has not led a club since Espanyol in 1998.

Bielsa took Argentina to the 2004 Copa America silver medal and won the 2004 Olympic title.

He was given the Chile job in 2007 and took them to qualification for the 2010 World Cup, but resigned in February 2011 in protest at changes in the Chilean Football Board.
