Real Betis are reportedly ready to give Martin Montoya an Inter escape route.
The Spanish full-back joined the Nerazzurri on loan from Barcelona this summer, but has made just three Serie A appearances so far this term.
That has led to speculation that the two-year loan could be cut short, and Gianluca Di Marzio’s website reports that Real Betis are preparing an offer.
However, Genoa are also thought to be interested in the 24-year-old, who has 22 caps for the Spanish Under-21 side.

Any deal would have to be worked out with both Inter and Barcelona.
