Real Betis have confirmed that ‘we’ll sell Fabian Ruiz for €30m on Wednesday’, seemingly to Napoli.
Napoli have long been linked with paying Fabian’s €30m release clause, and Betis boss Quique Setien conceded the midfielder was on his way out of Benito Villamarin.
“[On Wednesday] we’ll sell Fabian Ruiz for €30m,” he told Radio Futbol FM.

“The deal didn’t close sooner because we were still waiting for his final decision. I haven’t talked to him, I don’t want to influence him.
“I wanted him to stay, but with this money we can improve the club’s facilities, pay our youth coaches more and improve their working conditions.”
