Bernardeschi has made just four starts for Juve since his €40m transfer from Fiorentina last summer, but the winger is enjoying working with ‘phenomenal’ teammates and understands what is needed to succeed in Turin.

“I feel good, really good,” he told Tuttosport.

“I have phenomenal teammates that have won six League titles and three Coppa Italia. I’m lucky to train with them every day.

“I just need to be patient and keep learning. Juve don’t just ask you to defend, Juventus ask you for everything because you need everything to win.

“I’m learning, but I still have to grow up.”
