According to Tuttosport, the Hammers made a huge €60m (approximately £54m) bid for the 25-year-old centre-forward.

Toro turned it down, as ‘Il Gallo’ is not for sale and has a €100m release clause in his contract, valid only for clubs outside of Italy.
