“I had some very good first impressions and we tried to do what we’ve been testing out in training during the last few days,” Coach Mazzarri told Torino Channel.

“It was a hard week, but nobody held back and I am very satisfied. I tried out Lukic and Soualiho Meite in roles that were new for them, because I wanted to see if they could attempt this in future.

“Iago Falque understood the movements to perform as a support striker straight away, while Belotti is fired up both mentally and physically, which can only be a good sign.”
