Atalanta midfielder Daniele Baselli admits interest from Milan, but says he’s never spoken with Adriano Galliani.
The 22-year-old was close to joining the Rossoneri in the January transfer window, but the Orobici opted not to sell, with little time to reinforce their squad, and player says he never met with joint-CEO Galliani.
“Yes, I went to Milan,” Baselli explained to Corriere di Bergamo.
“There was interest, but nothing has been agreed. I know there’s interest, and nothing else.

“I’m here in an Atalanta shirt, and I’m just thinking about doing well. My goal is to have consistency, to show something extra on the pitch, so far I’ve managed to play a lot.
“After that other teams may come in, but I’ve never spoken to Galliani."
