The mystery surrounding Sino-Europe Sports’ takeover of Milan takes another twist as a bank is reportedly involved in the consortium.

Tuttomercatoweb cites reports in China that the Guangdong Huaxing Bank is involved in the consortium’s purchase of Milan.

The bank’s headquarters are in Guangdong, a region situated in the extreme south of China and the birthplace of Sino-Europe CEO Li Yonghong, whom it has had past dealings with.
