Milan have seen both Davide Calabria and Fode Ballo-Touré pick up injuries on international duty.

The Rossoneri have struggled with fitness issues all season and the situation does not seem to be getting any better, with two full-backs now on the treatment table.

Calabria was forced to leave the Italy camp yesterday after the 1-1 draw with Switzerland, as he has a muscular issue.

Now Ballo-Touré has also pulled out of the Senegal game against DR Congo with another muscular injury.

“Fode arrived at the training camp with a crutch, and after performing the tests, we realised he had an injury,” coach Aliou Cissé said in a press conference.

The local media are reporting there is a serious strain, but so far there is no more official information on his condition.

Ballo-Touré has made nine competitive appearances for Milan so far this season for a total 412 minutes of football on the pitch.
