As Napoli lost 3-1 at Udinese today and Gonzalo Higuain will be suspended for his red card, can the Giallorossi realistically target second place?

“Napoli are seven points above Roma as things stand and history says they have done better, or at least that Roma did less well,” Baldissoni told Mediaset Premium.

“We cannot recover the ground we lost, as getting second place doesn’t only depend on us.”

Meanwhile, Roma continue to be dominated by reports Totti will go abroad to finish his career.

“Totti? The word clarity is to be underlined, because here there is so much gossip, I ask how you think the President has not been clear?

“They have been talking and there is no lack of clarity. When they announce their decisions to the outside world is up to them, but people don’t know what they’re saying to each other.

“If Francesco’s contract has not been renewed it’s because there is a dialogue in progress. All the others are talking without knowing what is being said.”
