Carlos Bacca reportedly trained with Sevilla on Monday training, just two days after the Milan striker watched his former club beat Cesare Prandelli’s Valencia.

According to MilanNews, Bacca used the two days off given to him and his Milan teammates by Vincenzo Montella to work out with his former Sevilla teammates.

The development comes after the Colombian had received criticism for his decision to attend the Europa League holders’ 2-1 win against Valencia as opposed to Rossoneri’s trip to Empoli.

The development comes after the Colombian had received criticism for his decision to attend the Europa League holders’ 2-1 win against Valencia as opposed to Rossoneri’s trip to Empoli.

He had missed the game in Tuscany due to a slight injury but later defended his actions, saying he went to “meet some friends”.

Andalusian newspaper Estadio Deportivo adds Sevilla sporting director Monchi is monitoring Bacca’s situation at Milan and would welcome the No 70’s possible return to Spain.
