Reports are growing that Alessio Cerci will have his medical with Atletico Madrid tomorrow after a deal with Torino.

The €20m-rated forward had been heavily linked with Milan and Arsenal, but the Liga champions appear to have won out.

Now several different sources, including Sky Sport Italia, La Gazzetta dello Sport and Tuttomercatoweb, claim Cerci will fly to Spain for his medical on Monday.

The clubs will be cutting it fine to get all the details sorted, as the transfer deadline is tomorrow evening.

It has also been suggested Atleti are making this move go through with the aid of an English investment fund.

The 27-year-old Italy international scored 13 Serie A goals in 37 games for Torino last season, plus 12 assists.

His strike partner Ciro Immobile was sold to Borussia Dortmund this summer.
