“He’s settled in well at Atalanta,” representative Leo Rodriguez told Radio Kiss Kiss. “They, as a club, are counting on him.
“He’s having a great season and Atalanta have faith in him. I think the club will move to sign him outright in June.”
Denis, formerly of Napoli, is currently the Serie A top scorer – one goal clear of Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The two men will face each other on Sunday when Atalanta will host Milan in Serie A.
