Roma are reportedly ready to offer €25m including bonuses for Gianluca Mancini, but Atalanta want the figure closer to €30m.

The 23-year-old centre-back already has two senior caps for Italy and is under contract in Bergamo until June 2023.

According to Tuttomercatoweb, the Giallorossi made an initial proposal that with bonuses and add-ons would reach €25m.

However, the asking price from Atalanta would be €25m as a fixed transfer fee, with bonuses taking the total up to €30m.

Mancini has only played 41 Serie A games in his career, but scored six goals and helped the Orobici qualify for the Champions League.

He’d be seen as the replacement for Kostas Manolas, who joined Napoli on Sunday, but at this price it’d practically wipe out that €36m fee.
