Balotelli is also in Brazil and hoping to start for Italy against Uruguay on Tuesday.

Milan President Silvio Berlusconi has not ruled out selling SuperMario and would relish the chance to snap up Joel Campbell as part of the deal.

Campbell is owned by Arsenal and impressed in the first two World Cup games for Costa Rica.

However, today’s edition of Tuttosport claims Napoli are prepared to make an offer for Balotelli if they sell Gonzalo Higuain.

Higuain has hinted he’d relish a move to Barcelona, although Napoli released a statement insisting there were no negotiations.

Balotelli would appreciate the Naples destination, as his ex-girlfriend lives in the city with his daughter Pia.
