The left-back started in the 4-0 friendly win over San Marino on Friday, but he picked up an ankle problem which will see him sidelined for the next two weeks.

Antonelli has thus returned to his club and will take no part in Friday’s World Cup qualifier against the Czech Republic or the Confederations Cup in the second half of this month.
