Milan striker Patrick Cutrone limped off with a suspected sprained ankle during the Italy Under-21 side’s friendly against Albania.
The centre-forward was in the starting XI for the match at the Sardegna Arena in Cagliari.
He had several great chances to open the scoring, forcing a save, volleying just wide and attempting an audacious overhead kick.
However, Cutrone’s ankle was caught under him and, despite his protestations, the medical staff ordered a substitution after 37 minutes.
