Angel Correa has agreed personal terms with Milan, claim TyC Sports, and the initial offer is not too far off Atletico Madrid’s €50m asking price.

Sky Sport Italia had already reported on the negotiations for 24-year-old support striker Correa and now sources in Argentina are also confirming this is a very real possibility.

According to TyC Sports, Correa has given the all-clear to join Milan this season and agreed personal terms.

The Rossoneri still need to work out a transfer fee with Atletico Madrid, but it’s suggested the initial proposal is not that far off the €50m demand.

It’s a gap that could be bridged relatively easily with some more intensive talks.

Angel Correa is an Argentina international with two goals in 12 senior caps for his country.

He moved to Atletico Madrid from San Lorenzo for €7.5m in January 2015, going on to score 30 goals with 28 assists in 188 competitive outings for the Colchoneros.

Milan aim to raise the funds for this move by selling Andre Silva to Monaco and Patrick Cutrone to Wolves.
