Andre Silva believes he is finally settling into Italian football with Milan after two goals in his last two Serie A games.

The Portugal international hadn’t found the net in the league at all until a last-gasp winner at Genoa, but he scored the decisive late goal in a 3-2 victory over Chievo today.

“I am happy for the goal and the win,” Andre Silva told Sky Sport Italia.

“I am happy for the goal and the win,” Andre Silva told Sky Sport Italia.

“I’ve spent a lot of time on the bench, but I am young, I have to work and try to score for the team. My thought has always been to stay here and do my work at Milan.

“Everything changed here, as it’s the first time I have left Portugal. I don’t think the cost of the transfer fee weighed on me, but I did need some time to adapt to a whole new country, league and team.”
