The Biancocelesti are hitting the headlines in England over the January transfer window, as Premier League clubs clamour for their star players.

Much has been said in the British Press about Felipe Anderson, some calling it a ‘done deal,’ but in Italy they maintain Lazio are holding out for the Brazilian forward.

Instead, Sky Sport Italia claim that Keita could be heading for the Premiership for Watford.

The price-tag is close to €25m and Watford see this as a strong investment to appease fans after the deal for Juan Manuel Iturbe collapsed.

The Roma striker had been all set until Bournemouth swooped with much higher wages and transfer fee.

Remarkably, Keita won’t turn 21 until March, as he has been a firm Serie A fixture for a couple of years already.

Born in Spain from Senegalese parents, Keita Balde Diao started his career in the Barcelona youth academy before moving to Lazio in 2011.

He has always struggled to find regular playing time in Serie A, but in 17 competitive games this season scored two goals and provided five assists.
