“The ITC (International Transfer Certificate) has arrived in the offices of Corte Lambruschini from the FA,” read a statement on the club’s official website.
“Ricardo Gabriel Alvarez is therefore a U.C Sampdoria player.
“The Argentine midfielder will be available to Vincenzo Montella starting from the match against Napoli.”
