Milan opened up a five-point gap at the top of Serie A last night with a 3-0 win at home to Napoli, prompting some sections of the media to suggest that they will concentrate on Europe.

The Rossoneri lost the first leg of their second round clash 1-0 at San Siro and need to overturn the deficit if they are to qualify for the Quarter-Finals of the Champions League again.

"First we have Juventus and then we'll think about Tottenham," Allegri said.

"Saturday's game is very important to earn more points and to increase our advantage on the chasing pack."

"They are friends and teammates both on and off the pitch."
