Massimiliano Allegri is grateful for Milan’s change of luck, but confirms “Robinho has told us he wants to go home to Brazil.”

The Rossoneri beat Pescara 4-1 this afternoon, aided by two own goals and an Antonio Nocerino strike after 35 seconds.

“We must continue working, because we are trying to do our best and are still quite a few points off the top,” said the Coach.

“There are some things in life that are out of our hands. Milan are doing well after a negative start, but every single player is improving and fortune is favouring us lately.”

Allegri was asked about the upcoming January transfer window and revealed the situation.

“The club knows perfectly well which players I like and could replace Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva.

“Robinho has told us he wants to go home to Brazil. Obviously, if he changes his mind then we will be very happy to keep him here, but if he wants to go then it’s right he does.”

Santos have confirmed they are in negotiations for Robinho after their initial offer was rejected.
