Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri has warned his players that Juventus are a wounded animal.

The two sides are set to meet on Saturday in one of Serie A's most eagerly anticipated fixtures.

"When there are 11 games left, every game can be the most important," Allegri said.

"But tomorrow, the game is worth a lot to us in that it's key for the Scudetto. It's worth a lot to them in that's it important to close in on the Champions League places.

"Juve are strong physically, they have character and are dangerous on set-pieces. Juve are wounded and for this reason they are dangerous.

"We must be careful and try to go and get a result.

"Juve mustn't be underestimated. They beat Inter and played most of the game against Lecce with 10 men, and they were a little unlucky against Bologna and got punished on the counter.

"We would be crazy to have a dip in tension tomorrow."
