Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri says Inter will pose much more of a title threat now that they have signed Giampaolo Pazzini from Sampdoria.
The 26-year-old Italy international completed a medical this morning and moves to San Siro in a transfer worth €12m in cash.
Jonathan Biabiany has also been included in the deal. He joins Sampdoria in part-exchange.
"Pazzini reinforces Inter's attack which was already very strong," Allegri said.

"He is a great player and has a wonderful opportunity, but we are staying concentrated on what Milan must do."
"I hope to win something and I am convinced that the next few months will be beautiful to live through."
Asked about Milan's latest signing, Didac Vila Rossello, Allegri said: "He is a young full-back with good feet, a lot of running and a good physical structure."
