Alexis Sanchez seems set to leave Inter this winter, but the Nerazzurri will need a solution before letting the Chilean go.

Sanchez continues to struggle for playing time and seems set to leave Inter in the next transfer market.

But to let the 32-year-old leave in January, La Gazzetta dello Sport reports the Beneamata wants a replacement for the Chile international.

Youngster Martin Satriano has impressed coach Simone Inzaghi, but the coach, who brought Joaquin Correa with him from Lazio this summer, doesn’t seem willing to rely on the Uruguayan 20-year-old.

Alexis Sanchez complains about playing time, hints at Inter exit

Sanchez hinted about an imminent move on social media, saying: “You can be worth a lot, but if you are in the wrong place…”

Edin Dzeko and Lautaro Martinez are the starters at San Siro at the moment, with Correa immediately behind the duo.

Sanchez has not been helped by his health, as the Chilean has suffered six serious injuries, over 120 days out, which have affected his performances at San Siro.

The centre-forward, who arrived from Manchester United on a free transfer in September 2020, has appeared once in the Champions League and three times in Serie A this term, contributing one assist in the process.

Sanchez, capped 139 times by Chile, is reportedly looking for possible suitors, while Inter need a definitive solution within the next two months.

The club must look for other possibilities and are hoping to find a solution on loan to replace the former Arsenal and Barcelona man.

  1. There is only one reason why he won’t play regularly ANYWHERE he goes. His body’s aversion to staying out of the treatment table.
