Jordi Alba hailed Barcelona after their “prestigious victory” over Juventus on Tuesday but insisted the Bianconeri remain “a great team.”

Barca exacted revenge on their 3-0 defeat to Juve last season by winning their Champions League opener by the same scoreline, with Alba playing a key role in his team’s success as an outlet on the left-hand side.

“I feel phenomenal and much more confident like in previous years,” he said after the game.
