After suggestions Marcelo Brozovic was determined to reject Al-Nassr, it is now suggested they are ready to fulfil every demand the Inter midfielder makes, while Barcelona look elsewhere.

The Croatia international made it clear he is not convinced by the idea of moving to the Saudi Pro League, as he is still only 30 years old and recently played in a World Cup semi-final and Champions League Final.

While Sky Sport Italia said earlier this afternoon that Brozovic was still holding out, now the same source, Sportitalia and Relevo all state there has been a change.

Specifically, Al-Nassr are determined to give him anything he asks for, including a salary worth €25m per season for two years, rather than the original €20m per season for three years.

Inter already agreed the €23m fee with Al-Nassr, which Barcelona have already admitted they cannot match, at most reaching circa €18m.

Now Mundo Deportivo claim Barcelona have realised Brozovic is not going to happen, so are turning their focus towards Oriol Romeu of Girona FC.

He is a former Barca youth academy product who left for Chelsea in 2011.

They can also pursue Arda Guler of Fenerbahce, who was linked with Milan.
